Cellular Therapies
Exosome Therapy
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles 30-150 nm in size that enable communication between cells and carry growth factors, microRNA and signaling proteins within them. Exosome application aims to deliver to the body a set of cellular signals that support tissue repair and modulate inflammation.
Overview
In clinical use, stem cell-derived exosome preparations are being investigated in areas such as supporting the recovery period and improving skin quality and hair health. All applications are planned with approved products and under controlled laboratory conditions.
Who Is It For?
- Those who want to support the recovery process after an operation
- Individuals with a high burden of chronic inflammation and oxidative stress
- Those seeking biological support for skin quality and hair health
- Appropriately selected patients seeking additional support for joint discomfort
- Participants in a longevity program found suitable on medical evaluation
Treatment Process
- 1
Clinical Evaluation
Suitability is determined through medical history, goals and laboratory tests.
- 2
Plan & Preparation
An approved exosome source is selected; the route of administration (IV, local) and the dose are planned.
- 3
Application
The application is performed under sterile clinical conditions; the patient is monitored throughout the procedure.
- 4
Follow-Up
Clinical and laboratory evaluation is carried out at specific intervals.
Recovery & Aftercare
The application is performed on an outpatient basis and does not restrict daily life.
Hospital Stay
No admission needed
Recovery Time
Same day
Follow-up
4-8 weeks
Frequently Asked Questions
Is exosome therapy approved?
Exosome applications are a developing field in terms of research and clinical use. In Turkey, applications are not performed outside of products with Ministry of Health approval and appropriate indications.
What is the difference from stem cells?
Exosomes are a product of stem cells that contains signaling molecules. Because they do not contain cells, the risk of an immune reaction is lower and their application is standardized.
How many sessions are needed?
It varies according to the goal. In most protocols, 1-3 sessions are planned at intervals of 2-4 weeks. The protocol is revised by evaluating the response.
Are there side effects?
Application with approved products under clinical conditions is generally well tolerated. Mild temporary reactions (redness, fatigue) may be reported.
